You will learn to recognize the grape varieties (seven on the property) : you will cut the grapes, taste the berries to determine the dates of the harvest, participate in the pressing and taste the press juice of the different grape varieties. In the end, you will discover the secret of a good vintage !
Throughout the day, the winemaker will answer questions you never dared to ask about wine, fermentation, aging, tasting, winemaking equipment …
The meal of the pickers will close the morning (entry – dish – dessert – wine – coffee).
